Q: Are all parts and items produced by Drek Customs?

A: No, not all our parts are produced by us, we carry brands that are tested and trusted by us.

 

Q: Are all your items made in Canada or USA?

A: No, not all our parts are made in the US or Canada, most are made out in Taiwan which happens to be the best at producing aftermarket car parts and we pick and test everything we sell and every brands we carry to ensure Reliability.

Q: Do you offer collaborations, partnerships, or sponsorships?

Q: Can I place an order for an Item you don't have or a custom order?

A: You Don't see what you need or have a custom order? contact us at: support@drekcustoms.com and we’ll be sure to provide the best products for the best prices.

Q: Do you ship to my country, and how much will shipping cost?

A: Yes, we ship worldwide. You can calculate your shipping costs at checkout.

 

Q: How long will my order take to be shipped?

A: We do our best to get all orders shipped out within 1-2 business days. Keep in mind if you order on a Friday after 6:00PM MST, then your order may not go out until the following Monday.

With that said, after an item has been marked as shipped, average delivery times vary from 2-5 business days for domestic orders, and international orders vary from 7-20 business days (depending on the location, and shipping provider). Additionally, during new product launches and sale periods, please allow additional time to receive your order due to high volume of orders.

 

Q: Who are Drek Customs shipping providers?

A: Our shipping providers are FedEx, UPS, Pilot Freight Services, USPS, Private Shippers (For orders to Nigeria , Tanzania and South Africa) and DHL.

Q: How do I put my stickers on?

A: Carefully peel the transfer tape ensuring that the sticker is lifted from the paper. If it does not come up, rub the backing of the transfer tape with a card and try again. Place the sticker on the desired location, rub the backing of the transfer tape, then remove the transfer tape leaving the sticker adhered.
